The sensory evaluation is an essential tool that enables us to consistently provide quality products and keep our leadership in the market.

The purpose of the sensory evaluation is to study the food properties perceived by the senses of sight, smell, taste, and touch. The sensory techniques require that all of the methods of measure be rigorous, precise and valid. These evaluations also relate to the consumer preferences, perceptions and trends.

15 cabins, each with its own lighting; white light for appearance evaluation and color light to evaluate, smell and taste

Each cabin has its own tablet that works with an integrated terminal software; this allows us to keep the results separate and organized.

Once the evaluation is finished, the software processes the data to make an understandable statistical analysis and obtain results.

The judges of the sensory panel are trained in rigorous food evaluations.

We do any type of sensory evaluation: descriptive, quantitative, preference or custom.

The panel facilities are available for rent for any interested to do their own testing.

The kitchen is totally equipped and we have a training center and panel for 15 people
